Checking in with ourselves

Write down your short and long-term GOALS four times a year. Two personal, two business and two health goals for the next 1, 5 and 10 years. Goal setting triggers your subconscious computer.

  1. Great idea! I have often found a journal to be very enlightening at different points in life when I have looked back on it, but haven't done any writing in one for a long time. In keeping with your yoga journal idea, writing goals is something to revisit and reflect upon. I just did some goal setting on a powerpoint slide, a nice place to keep it handy and fun to pick a cute background!
